The Commissioners' Court of Kendall County will receive bids for:
REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK PROPOSALS
Kendall County is accepting Construction Manager at Risk proposals for the following project:
Proposal for Kendall County 4H Horse Club/Jr. Livestock Show Multi Purpose Arena/Barn: due Tuesday December 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
A pre-proposal confernce will be held on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 2:00p.m. at the Kendall County Courthosue in the courtroom on the third floor.
All proposals must be delivered to Kendall County, care of Dana Baethge, County Auditor on or before Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.
Proposals documents will be available on Monday, November 28, 2011 at O'Neill Conrad Oppelt Architects, 114 E. Cevallos Street, San Antonio, Tx 78204
or at Kendall County Auditor's Office, Kendall County Courthouse, Suite #113, Boerne, TX 78006 for a deposit of $50 per set.
