  • Kendall County is pleased to be a part of the Countywide Polling Place Program.  Under this program (and during this current election) any "registered voter of Kendall County" can vote at ANY polling location open within the county!  You no longer have to go to a "designated location" on Election Day!  Your CHOICE......Your VOTE......Your LOCATION!!!

    Polls are open on Election Day from 7am to 7pm

  • A new law passed in the 86th Regular Legislative Session (Senate Bill 902).  This bill requires that information on the roster for a person who votes either in person or by mail must be made available for public inspection not later than 11am on the day after the voter votes or the clerk receives the ballot voted by mail.   House Bill 1850 (also passed in the 86th Regular Legislative Session) requires those rosters to be posted on the county's website.
