The CDA's office prosecutes contested Class C misdemeanors that are in the jurisdiction of the Justice Courts of Kendall County.
If you received a Class C citation in either by an officer from the City of Boerne or the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, you will contact the municipal court of those cities.
