911 Rural Addressing

To request an address submit the Address Request Form. This is typically submitted in conjunction with the Access Permit Application.

When all documents are received along with the permit fee, an appointment will be scheduled to meet with the Access Coordinator. If the property owner can not meet with the Access Coordinator a designated agent may be assigned by the owner.

Please note: The designated agent will have the authority to obtain all permits and make all decisions.

The 911 Rural Address and Access Permit must be obtained before applying for Development, Septic, and/or Well Permits.

In an emergency, seconds can sometimes make a life-saving difference. Make sure your 911 address numbers are posted on your house or business and are easy to see from the road. A well-marked location is much easier for firefighters, medical personnel, and law enforcement officers to find you when you need help.

Note: Physical address change may occur due to any division of property.

911 blue reflective address signs are available for you to purchase. The fee for the signs is $20 for a single-sided sign and $25 for a double-sided sign.
