A Development Permit is required to proceed with any property development and the issuance of septic or well permits.

The 911 Rural Address and Access Permit must be issued before you can obtain a Development Permit.
If development is located in the Light MIA Zone 2, a lighting permit application needs to be submitted. If commercial development : site/detention plan must be turned in to Development Management for approval.

Any division of property that occurred after 5/13/1996 not located in a platted/recorded subdivision will require an Affidavit of Land Location per Court Order #96-0550 click here for sample. *NOTE: Physical address change may occur due to any division of property.
